Products and Availability Our products are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy. However, minimal variations may exist. Delivery Orders are shipped via Colissimo with delivery against signature. Returns and Right of Withdrawal The Customer has 14 days from receipt of his order to exercise his right of withdrawal and return the product in its original condition. Return costs are the responsibility of the Customer, except in the event of an error on our part or a defective product. 7.
