TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. Purpose These general terms and conditions of sale (GTC) govern all relations between Shugio (hereinafter "the Seller") and any natural or legal person (hereinafter "the Customer") making a purchase on the site www.shugio.com. 2. Products and Availability Our products are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy. However, minimal variations may exist. The availability of the items is indicated on the site, but in the event of unavailability after ordering, the Customer will be informed and will be able to choose between a refund or an equivalent product. 3. Orders Any order placed on Shugio implies unreserved acceptance of these general conditions. Once the order has been validated and payment made, a confirmation email is sent to the Customer. 4. Price and Payment The prices displayed on the site are in euros (€) and include all applicable taxes (TTC), excluding delivery costs. Payment is made via the secure methods offered when ordering (credit card, PayPal, etc.). Shugio reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the rates in effect at the time of the order will remain applicable. 5. Delivery Orders are shipped via Colissimo with delivery against signature. Estimated delivery times are: Metropolitan France: approximately 3 working days International: approximately 7 working days The Seller cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers. 6. Returns and Right of Withdrawal The Customer has 14 days from receipt of his order to exercise his right of withdrawal and return the product in its original condition. To initiate a return, it is imperative to contact our customer service at contact@shugio.com. Return costs are the responsibility of the Customer, except in the event of an error on our part or a defective product. 7. Guarantees and Responsibilities All our products benefit from legal guarantees of conformity and against hidden defects.
